God decrees blessings

Amos 9:13-15 is very encouraging and gives us hope. It says:

“Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” God’s Decree. “Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for my people Israel: “They’ll rebuild their ruined cities. They’ll plant vineyards and drink good wine. They’ll work their gardens and eat fresh vegetables. And I’ll plant them on their own land. They’ll never again be uprooted from the land I’ve given them.” God, your God, says so."

How powerful is that! Sometimes being in a position of lack, the enemy might lie to you that things will remain that way forever, that freedom and prosperity doesn't belong to you. However, this bible verse reminds us that God has the best interest at heart, for His children, that He will do right by them eventually. In this verse, God declares blessings upon us, that when the time comes, there will be blessings upon blessing. That He will plant us in our own land, that He will help us rebuild our cities, that everything we plant will produce a good harvest. Praise the Lord! Let us believe and receive His word. Afterall, we live by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Hence we need to believe it in the spirit before it even manifest in the physical.
Psalm 84:11 says: "For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly." Therefore, continue walking uprightly, trusting Him and He will remember you.
