The Lord will bless the works of your hands

 Deuteronomy 28:8 

The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land He is giving you.

How awesome is that? The Lord wants to bless your barns and everything you put your hand to. The barns refers to the agricultural building that is a storehouse of grain (or other) that has been harvested. Meaning, what you have sowed, you will reap a good harvest, so much that some will go to the storehouse. Talk about abundance...God wants to bless the works of your hands. In everything that you do, God wants to bless it! Hence, whatever you plan to do, take it to the Lord, He will direct your paths and bless your plans if they are within His will, there will be fruits. It is God's desire for His children to be fruitful; therefore, let everything start with Him.

The second part of the verse refers to the land that God is giving. This could be in any way or form, but something of value, something that represents ownership, and success. Thus, know that whatever He has planned for you to possess, it shall be. Revelations 3:8 reminds us that God is our doorkeeper, once He opens a door, no hater, no evil, no man can shut it! Thank God in the waiting period. They normally say, your blessing is already ready for you, what God is doing, is to prepare you for the blessing. Thus, trust the process, don't fight the process. He already say all things will work out for your good (Romans 8:28). Receive, believe and trust Him. His timing is perfect!

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing .
