We are righteousness of God through Christ

Isaiah 53:6 

We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

The blood of Jesus has washed away all our sins, past, present and future. God's grace has covered us and brought us back to His plans. Whilst we were sinners, lost and living life in our own terms, Jesus died for us. Our sins, were laid on Him, they were crucified on His body, so that we may be righteous with God. This is the very reason that help us realize the price that has been paid. By His grace, we are saved.

May we always remember this, so that even when the enemy tries to get us astray, by reminding us of our former lives, our mistakes and weaknesses, that we are forgiven, we have been made righteous by the blood of Jesus- 2 Corinthians 5:21 that says "God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.". This truth takes away a huge pressure off us, that God sees us through Christ, who is blameless and righteous and we have adopted that status.

The price has been paid, let us celebrate the grace that we have received.

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
