He will remember our sins no more...

 Isaiah 43:25

“I, even I, am He who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more."

This word is so comforting, so reassuring and a stress reliever. God tells us that He is the one who cleanses away ALL our sins, for His own sake. He is a forgiving Father, who is merciful, which is why He relieves Himself of holding on to our sins as a grudge, but chooses to forgive us of our wrong doing. We can be sure that we are forgiven of our sins. This gives us courage and boldness to come at His presence and be able to have a relationship without feeling ashamed as a result of our sins. In the olden days, before Jesus was sacrificed for our sins, animals had to be slaughtered, burn the sacrifice, have a priest go into God's presence to ask for forgiveness. Which was cumbersome, however, with just one big sacrifice, which was Jesus Christ on the cross, we are forgiven! And God says He will remember our sins no more. Hallelujah!

Let us take advantage of this wonderful truth and draw near God, enjoy His love and accept His grace and mercy on us. Let us allow Him to be our Father, let Him guide our footsteps as we are assured that we are loved, forgiven and set free. Don't allow the enemy to whisper negative things that will make you feel ashamed and run away from God, God is not angry at you, He wants to have a strong relationship with you. Lean in towards Him...

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
