You are God's masterpiece!

 Ephesians 2:10

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.

God created us as masterpieces! A masterpiece, is a piece of work that is done with outstanding artistry, with skill; to perfection. If that is the case, we may never look down on ourselves, as we'll be questioning God's workmanship. He created us exactly the way He needs us to be, not as copies, randomly; but with a specific purpose to be fulfilled. 

Other people may overlook the great things God has done in and with you, that is not your problem. Yours is to never allow the opinion of others to define you, because God has already done so, and that is that. If they see things different, allow them to, but don't make their opinions your reality. Believe what God says about you, that you are a masterpiece. It's like the saying that a ship never drowns in water under normal circumstances, it thrives in water as it was designed to function in water. However, a hole in a ship, can bring down that ship and destroy it completely. This is true with our lives, God created us to thrive in the environments that we find ourselves in, which comprises of different types of people. What they say doesn't have to affect who we know we are and what we do. However, if we let their negative words get inside us, that can destroy us.

So, make a choice to embrace who you are, a masterpiece! Made in the image of God (Psalm 139:13-14). Don't allow the negativity that is in the world, to derail and destroy you. You are awesome and that's what God wants you to know and to remember always, no matter what. He created you to do good things!

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing .
