Seasons of life that urges us to be who we are meant to be

 Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;

Our life journey is made up of seasons. Some nicer seasons than others; some very harsh. Just like nature, where there are different seasons in a year, spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each one allowing plants to shed leaves, grow leaves, bear fruits etc. Even with our lives, there seasons to sow and seasons to reap. Season to live and unfortunately a season to die. This verse serves as a reminder that we will not live forever, we are here for just a "short" period of time, which may feel and seem long but it is not.

Hence, it is important to ensure that we strive to fulfill the purpose that God has assigned us. That we use every gift and talent, to bring honour and bring glory to Him. God blessed us with those abilities not to be used selfishly, but to solve problems, bring life and be a blessing to others. The fact that your destiny is tied-up with somebody else's, which means someone out there, is waiting on you to activate your gift in order for them to get relief through you. Now that is quite serious. It puts it to perspective. Say someone is sick and in order for them to find relief, they wait for you to provide the solution you have (that God place within you), that they can access and be healed. Which is why God urges us to get going already, that the need is already there, we just need to trust Him and walk by faith.
