Freely justified by His grace...

 Romans 3:24

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. ”

We all have sinned and did not deserve His mercy and grace. But God had compassion towards us and wanted to reconcile with us, we were then redeemed through Christ. This is a gift to us as we didn't work for it, plead for it, beg for it or even fight for it, but we were all forgiven. Which is why God expects us to acknowledge this gift and share it even further, so that more people can also partake of this wonderful gift. This gives us the boldness in knowing that we are truly loved and are no longer condemned, which is also important that we do not allow the world to condemn us, as we have been set free, freely. 

This means our mindset needs to change as well, so that we see ourselves as God sees us. God sees us righteous, worthy and full of purpose. Our lives must never be wasted, as we were blood-bought. The blood that was shed on the cross, confirmed our victory, our health, our freedom and reconciliation with God. We must not allow sins of the past that were crucified on His body to be a stumbling block between us and God. Hence God says, we must come boldly at His throne of grace, as we have been justified, nothing to be ashamed of, nothing to feel guilty about.

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
