God has good plans for your life

 Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

When life happens, we need to go back to what God said first, to find our foundation and truth. This verse serves as a basis of what God thinks towards us, what He wishes and wants for us. God has great plans for each one of us, plans that are for good not evil or disaster but ones that leads to a good future. That is the truth that we need to know for sure, without a shadow of doubt that God cares for us and He desires for us to have a good future. This will help when you come across the storms of life and the devil starts whispering and planting seeds of doubt in your heart that perhaps God doesn't care for you or something like that. When you are rooted in Him, you will quickly remember that those serve as schemes to get you off track, that's when you'll need to be convinced of what God said first. Remember God said in life we will have trials, challenges will be there, but He will be with us in those trials, in those tough times, He will be right beside us. The best part is that He said in Romans 8:28- "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them." This means even those challenging situations, God is making them work for your good, to your benefit in one way or the other. All we need to do is just trust Him.

The most important aspect, is to believe. You may be exposed to God's word but it means nothing if you don't receive and believe it for yourself. Romans 4 explains to us that God blessed and declared  Father Abraham righteous, not because of his deeds, but because He believed. He believed God in what He promised him and that brought him the blessings that even us get to benefit from. They say the currency for the kingdom of God is faith. Without faith we are nothing, believing in the unseen is what pleases God.
