God says don't worry about tomorrow...

 Matthew 6:34

“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.

This verse cautions us not to keep worrying about things we have no control over, as tomorrow's issues will be dealt with then. But to rather pay attention and focus on the present, enjoy each day as it is a gift from God, because tomorrow is not guaranteed. In this case, we can embrace the day that we have witnessed and make the most out of it. This is not playing ignorant to the future, but we ought to do what the Lord asks of us to do, to bring to Him all the worries we have and be free (Matthew 11:28-30 and 1 Peter 5:7). God will take care of that as He cares for you.

This is to ensure that we don't miss out on the gift of today, by constantly worrying about what's to come. Yes plans can be made for the future and committed to the Lord to see them through (Proverbs 16 and Habakkuk 2). Also to remember that God promised to take care of our needs as alluded to in Philippians 4:19 that says: "And my God shall supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." In this case, God knows your needs and He said He will supply for them; so why worry about tomorrow? Just as He provides for the birds in the sky, my God will provide for you. Trust Him.
