Prayer to remain in His presence...

 Psalm 27:4

The one thing I ask of the LORD— the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in His Temple.

This is my wish as well...When you read the bible and you get to understand God and His principles, His plans for our lives and how He has given us the precious gift of Jesus for us to live in eternity (not to perish), you realize that all you need when the time comes and God takes you back home, is a "well done my good and faithful servant". And get the pass to heaven. With the enemy roaming around on earth, provoking us and always pushing and pressing us against the wall, all we pray for, is Lord help us continue doing your will and leave everything else in your hands, for you told us the vengeance belongs to you (Romans 12:19). It is a tough world we live in, especially when you are enemy number 1, to the devil. Therefore, let us continue praying to the Lord to give us patience, peace and joy even in the midst of chaos, so that we may hold on to the promises He has for us. Like the bible says, weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

The house of the Lord brings us hope, joy and it allows us an opportunity to grow in Christ. May the seed that we receive in His house not fall on thorny, wayside and on harsh ground, so that it can flourish and bring us harvest. It is absolutely true that we need only keep our eyes on Him, for He is in control and He is always making a way, where there seems to be no way.

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
