God is with you in that difficulty...

 Isaiah 43:2

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

What a promise! God knows what we face on a daily basis here on earth and His promise is that He will be with us. No trouble or challenge will sweep us away, drown or overwhelm us. That we may go through a situation that is heated as if it's the fiery furnace, the promise is that we will not be consumed by that fire, we will come out alive and healthy. That we won't even come out smelling of fire. This is confirmed by the story of the three teenagers in the book of Daniel 3, who were thrown into the fiery furnace because they refused to bow down to the king's image. The king thought they will burn to ashes but what they saw was a miracle, where the boys were not consumed by fire, and they saw a fourth person in the furnace (instead of three). Thus, confirmed that God was with them, and He saved them from being burnt completely. 

This is the same with us in life, where there are challenges that seems to want to consume us, pressed in all angles but we remain standing. This is not because of our might or our doing, it is God protecting us from destruction. He says we are unshakable and indestructible. Believe that truth and remain at rest, knowing that no matter the storm, God is with you, fighting for you to gain victory. In the end, it will be aright; if it's not alright yet, it means the fight is still in progress, continue surrendering to Him and trusting in His love for you.

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
