Pray all the time!

 Ephesians 6:18

Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

Prayer is important as we connect with God, we come in agreement with His will and plans for our lives and we get to use it as a tool to fight the kingdom of darkness. God may have plans for His people, but in order for those plans to manifest, He needs to partner with someone here on earth, to come in agreement in order for the fulfillment to take place. This is evident in the bible, where for every breakthrough, blessing, or deliverance that God wants to bring on earth, to His children, He identifies someone that will bring it to pass. Things don't just happen magically. For example, in order for the Israelites to get their deliverance, God identified Moses as that person. In order to bring relief and a solution to the famine in Egypt, God used Joseph to bring it to pass.

Therefore, it is the same in our time. God could be looking for a partner and you may be that person. the moment you look to Him, go down on your knees and humble yourself, that connection could be taking place and victory activated for the benefit of a number of people. May we never look down on ourselves, we are the vessels that God wants to use here on earth, for His honour and glory. All He is looking for, is a willing vessel...Will you say yes?

Pray all the time! This verse also reminds you to also pray for other believers. Which is why 1 Peter 5:8 says stay alert, stay sober for the devil is roaring like a lion looking for whom he can devour.

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
