You are God's masterpiece!

 Ephesians 2:10

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.

This is such a wonderful revelation that we are God's masterpieces! Just as we are! When you think about it, when God created each one of us, there was no way He created one of us and recognized it as a below-average job. This is confirmed in the book of Genesis 1 that after every creation that God made, in each day, He would commend Himself that "it was good". With every creation, God made it to perfection and that includes us. Thus, we are masterpieces and that's exactly how we are supposed to see ourselves. 

Furthermore, we have a purpose. This verse reminds us that He created us to do GOOD THINGS that He planned for us long ago. It is a matter of waking up to that reality and aligning ourselves with His plans of us achieving great things. It is a reminder that we are not here by mistake but by His grace and as per His plans to fulfill a particular purpose. Let us get excited and go boldly to Him to ask about this wonderful assignment He has for each one of us, so that we may align. Just a reminder to you, that you do matter (don't take what you see around you that may make you feel small and insignificant).

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing .
