God rejoices over you!

 Zephaniah 3:17

For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty Savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With His love, He will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

How beautiful is this message! May we receive it for ourselves. Soak it in and believe it! God says He is living among us, wherever we are, He too is there. This giving us assurity that we are never alone, but are always protected. That we are covered! He is there to save you! He says He will take delight in you, meaning whatever He does for you, it will be pleasing to Him, He will do it with gladness. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs, how beautiful!

Furthermore, He will take away your fears so that you may live life the way He designed it for you, according to 2 Timothy 1:7 that confirms that you are not given the spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind. Hence, God declares that He will take away your fears. Rejoice, because with God on your side, you have nothing to fear, but everything to look forward to what He has in store for you (Jeremiah 29:11). Hold your head up high (regardless of your circumstances), knowing that God is working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28).

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
