The Holy Spirit will teach and remind you!

 John 14:26

But when the Father sends the Advocate as My representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—He will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

This is so comforting, that the Holy Spirit will teach us and remind us of everything. I used to worry that I'll forget some critical things that God has revealed to me through the scriptures, something that could be significant, but now hearing that actually the Holy Spirit will remind us, takes a whole load off my shoulders. The truth is, we can never know everything (or remember everything), but having the Holy Spirit who'll be there to remind us what God told us, at the right time, is amazing.

Also, the fact that the Holy Spirit will teach us as we go, is great too. We are never perfect, we are work-in-progress, that's why we lean on the Lord so much, because on our own we cannot do it. Now, knowing that the Holy Spirit will teach me everything I need to know and pay attention to, is a relief. It gives me courage to step up boldly, as I have an Advocate, a Helper and a Teacher who is right where I am at all times. I'm never alone. Which is why God says we must be bold as a lion (in Proverbs 28:1), because we have our Father coaching us every step of the way, which is why we can never doubt ourselves because our path is guided. 

I pray the Lord reveals this wonderful truth to you too, and may you find comfort, courage and strength to pursue that which the Lord has called you to; knowing that He will teach you and remind you of important things you need to know at every corner. Say "yes" to Him and He will be there!

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing . That in our own strength, we wouldn't have been able to achieve those thigs, gotten favoured or have that opportunity come through.
