Our King is alive, He sees and hears you...

 1 Peter 3:18

Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but He died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but He was raised to life in the Spirit.

The recollection about Jesus, is one of the most powerful story ever. His life story has impacted humanity so much, we just find ourselves in awe and feeling privileged. Jesus died for us, sinners, in order to bring us safely home, to our Father, how amazing is that! He was born to die for us, in order for us not to perish, but to live an eternal life, in communion with our Father (John 3:16). What is wonderful also, is that in as much they crucified Him and He died, He subsequently rose after three days. This means, our King is alive! We serve a King that is alive and infact through the Holy Spirit, He lives in us! This gives us boldness that we are not going through life on our own, but we have the Most High living in us and being there with us even in turbulent times, just like He was the forth man in the furnace with Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego (in the book of Daniel), He is with us in that challenge as well. Furthermore, just like He brought victory for these teenagers, Jesus will bring victory for us as well, as we call on Him.

May this be a reminder and a confirmation that you are not alone, Christ who died for you, is with you. The Holy Spirit who is our Helper, will help you. Matthew 7:7 says ask and it will be given to you, I can testify on this one. God is listening, He has compassion and He cares for you. As you ask, He is already making a way for you. You need just be patient, and have an open mind (in case He has something slightly different than what you asked for), but definitely He hears you. Sometimes that's all you need to know. Trust Him, wait on Him and He will come through for you (Isaiah 40:31). Personally, I trusted God with something I did before which ended up in disappointment, however, He said the righteous fall but they get up everytime (Proverbs 24:16). This encouraged me to get up and try again, and wow I'm seeing a big difference, doors are opening, just like He promised! So, sometimes you are not ready for the blessing, don't rush God, His timing is perfect!
