The Lord never forgets...

 Hebrews 6:10

For God is not unjust. He will not forget how hard you have worked for Him and how you have shown your love to Him by caring for other believers, as you still do.

This is so beautiful, a reminder that our Father is just and He sees everything and He never forgets. All the sacrifices, being obedient, He sees it all and in due season, He you will reap a good harvest (Galatians 6:9). It is encouraging that you may face hardships, being overlooked, where there's a lack of appreciation, but God acknowledges your part. Afterall, we are called to please the Lord, which is why we should never go by what people say or do. People forget, but God never does.

I pray this word gives you encouragement that we are not alone, the Lord is with us and He sees how you love and take care of His own, which according to Him translates to you loving Him. That counts! Don't allow the circumstances to take away the good that you have done, trust in the Lord and surrender all to Him to bless you for what you have done.

By knowing Christ, we get a chance of living a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

 2 Peter 1:3 By His divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a Godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know Him, the one who called us to Himself by means of His marvelous glory and excellence. By coming to know Christ, learning about Him in the word, we now have the ability to live a Godly life. This means by God's divine power, He has equipped us with the relevant information and teachings, on how we are to live our lives. The bible tells us that Jesus was sent to be our role model, our example of the things the Lord expects to see in us and to see in our daily walk here on earth. These things allow us to live a life that is acceptable in His eyes. Let us tell of the wonderful things He has done!

 Psalm 9:1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. And that is called a testimony, telling of the wonderful  things that the Lord has done! With God on our side, we have  an advantage, where we are protected from certain things, where God ochestrates things for us so that they work in our favour (Romans 8:28). He heals us, He provides for us, He opens and closes doors and so much more. Which is why the only two things that we can do to show gratitude for all that He does for us, is first to recognize His role in the whole thing .
